I have always been petrified/ scared of going to the dentist. I had to have two teeth extracted and Dr Eugene and His staff was excellent I will definitely recommend them. I walked out painless

The doctor himself seemed fine, but didn't talk much to me. The assistant asked me all the questions on the survey that I already spent time filling out before I came. The woman scheduling on the phone is rushed and impersonal - very off putting. When you have a toothache, that's last way you'd like to be treated! Wait time was over an hour in a crowded waiting room. Did not feel cared about nor important to them as a patient. May be the best doc there is, but wouldn't go back because I felt so unimportant to them.

Called and made an appointment and their first available was 3 weeks out. Get a call 3 days before with no reason that they had to cancel the appointment and I would have to wait another month to be seen! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
