Been having some knee issues. Dr. Elia quickly and efficiently identified the problem and offered some expert solutions. I will be following up with Dr. Elia over the next few weeks. While surgery was an option it was comforting the we can try other alternatives first.

The office staff was great and Dr Elia sat down and took time to listen to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knee specialist. Premier Orthopaedics was awesome finding me a same day appt locally.

Dr. Elia continues to be one of the best knee surgeons in the area. I would recommend him to anybody I know who needs medical attention with their knees.

Dr Elia spends a lot of time with you and makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you leave with everything you need to know about your situation. Very knowledgeable and sincere explained everything clearly and answers questions thoutoughly

First time seeing Dr. Elia. Has previously gone to another doctor whom wasn’t considerate when it came to my pain. The doctor kept bending my knee even though I had said my pain was a 20 out of 10. I expressed to Dr. Elia all the things I have done to try and help my situation from ice to over the counter pain relief and even a steroid. Now with all that information only thing he could say to me was lose weight. This is something I’ve had since a child, he knew the disorder and it wasn’t my knee but my patella tendon which was causing me pain. I didn’t like his dismissive attitude/behavior and how he tried being sarcastic and funny. Then all he can say is well let’s get you PT. I can’t bend my knee and I expressed to him that I’m not going to do PT. He again mentioned it but then quickly said to get an MRI to see if there is any damage to the area. I left very upset and not heard at all. He prescribed a med for the pain but we will see how that goes.

I have been a patient of Dr Elia for over twenty years. He has replaced both of my knees and one hip. He is a great doctor, very compassionate with a kind bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone.
