My initial saline breast augmentation was done by a surgeon named Dr. Jagged somewhere in Huntington Beach and I was so naive and did not even research him. It was a bad experience from the get go. The implants ruptured after 8 years. The first replacement with silicone was done by Dr. Niccole of Newport Beach. I was hoping he’d do a better job but my breast cane out lopsided and he totally damaged my right nipple where after healing there’s no more protruding part of my nipple. After you gave gone through the pain l, so don’t even want to consider a redo. In 2019, my implant ruptured again and this time I made sure I interviewed a couple surgeons. I picked Dr. Elliott for his credentials and also professional caring office environment. They are very prompt and rarely you wait longer than 15 minutes at the reception unlike other places. Comparing the 2 other surgeries I had, Dr. Elliott’s experience was the best from getting checked-in the hospital to post op. I am pleased… with the result compared to the last two surgeries I had. My breasts are more symmetrical. I highly recommend him as each surgery work he does is like doing a piece of art for him. Thank you Dr. Elliott!

I have been a patient of Dr. Elliott’s for over 15 years and I recently decided to remove my breast implants. I had my original breast augmentation performed by Dr. Elliott 14 years ago. When I informed Dr. Elliott that I wanted to have them removed, he consulted with me about the procedure and what my breasts will look like after the surgery. It has been 7 months post surgery and I feel fantastic and look fantastic. He performed a breast lift and removal. I did not have a lot of scar tissue and the implants were in great condition after the removal. I attribute that to the original surgery performed by Dr. Elliott. My breasts look natural and I feel so much better in my clothing. I am petite and now I feel much more youthful and healthy. I can’t thank Dr. Elliott enough and his wonderful staff for the care and concern they always give. This was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and body with absolutely no regrets. Dr. Elliott has removed skin cancers from my face on three separate occasions. He is a highly skilled surgeon and I would not even consider another doctor if I needed surgery in the future.

I would highly recommend Dr. Elliott for ANY plastic surgery! He and his awesome office staff treated me like a queen and his surgical team was incredible and equally professional and so very nice. My experience was wonderful and I am so happy I did it.

I had been putting off surgery for sometime. I'm so glad I went through with it. He removed a 1 inch growth from my ear. You can't even tell where it was. His work is perfection. The office staff is so nice and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Elliott was my plastic surgeon 28 1/2 years ago. I had breast augmentation and have had no issues at all. I moved away from the Fountain Valley area 27 years ago. All doctors that have examined my breasts in the Midwest have been impressed at how natural they look and feel. General practitioners say they can barely tell I have implants. When I was seeing Dr. Elliott for my surgery and the after care, he and his staff were exceptional. If I lived in Southern California and decided to have any other type of surgery, I definitely would choose Dr. Elliott as my surgeon.
