Dr. Eugene Tuney Finan JR., MD

Dr Finan is the most amazing Dr and so glad I found him. Remember the old school Docs when they would sit and talk to you in a small office, with a staff who gets to know you? Well that is Dr Finan’s practice. He has been a lifesaver and I highly recommend him!

I am giving this doctor one star only because my mother likes him, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why. My mother is almost 90 years old and in excruciating pain, a month out of surgery to repair a broken arm. Something is clearly wrong, as the pain is not in her arm, it's in her hand. Dr. Finan -- who gets $2000 a year to be her "concierge" doctor -- told her and me that she would "have to live with it" because "she is 90 years old and nobody -- NOBODY -- will touch her with a 10 foot pole." He is not only uncaring and nasty, he is completely unprofessional. When I tried to get additional information -- like what we could possibly do about her terrible pain (a 90 year old woman in excruciating pain is a pretty awful thing!!!) he hung up on me. Finan retired and came back -- he should have stayed retired. He is clearly long, long past his prime.

Not only does he do a very thorough history and exam but he takes the time to explain everything to you on a level which you can understand. He has been a family doctor to five of my family members since the early 80’s and we all feel the same about him. We would never go to anyone else.

Best Dr. I've ever been to. Very smart. Did not have to look anything up. Had it in his head. Talked in layman's terms so he was easy for me to understand and trust.
