The absolute worst Doctor I’ve ever had. No one answers phone at office. If I get five minutes with him I’m lucky. He orders blood work but never goes over it? I think there is a major problem with this dr.

I have no clue what's going on I've tried calling 3 days in a row the 4th day the # was disconnected & I'm on physch medsamd nerve meds that I have to take & can't get ahold of anyone & I'm hearing he placed a note on his door would of been nice if he told his patients what was going on playing with someones mental health isn't good

Dr Harasym is the best,Lynn is also excellant,the new girl,Crystal is very ,very good at her job and professional, and Laura is awesome as always,wouldn't go anywhere else,been going there for over 25 yrs..

I have been a patient with this office for more years than I care to count. Over the years I have been frustrated many times with the efficiency of this office in regards to scripts, billing, being courteous and professionalism, being there when you need them , as in being able to reach someone on the phone. You leave messages and no one calls you back.. I even politely complained to the Dr. on two occasions because I truly like him and each time it appeared that they tried to gain some control and professionalism only to revert back again. I have a medical issue ongoing and had labwork done a month ago , at least, and still have not been contacted by the office with the results and to discuss what we will do. I have no choice but to seek another doctor which is going to be so difficult to transition after all these years . But what good is your doctor if he cannot control his office and you cannot get service??? I do not recommend this office .

Dr. Harasym is honestly one of the best doctors I've ever had. He was patient, considerate and he actually LISTENS to your concerns and issues. His office staff however, are some of the worst o have ever come across. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, they place you on hold and never return. If you are fortunate enough to actually speak with a receptionist they are rude. I recommend him to almost everyone I know looking for a doctor and I always give them a warning about the office staff. 'Dr. Harasym is awesome but good luck with his receptionists. They're awful.'

I have nothing against the Dr. Only met him once & he was nice enough. I really like the Nurse practitioner, which was the reason I went there in the first place. But the way the office is run is horrible. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls until the end of the day if they return them at all. They do not call in prescriptions until the pharmacy is about to close. I can't even get them to send my records so I can switch to a different office.

Good Dr. and Nurse Practitioner. Office staff needs to be replaced. They show no compassion or courtesy. Rude, and very unprofessional. I am a patient there for many years. I am seeking another doctor, all because of the office staff. They just don't seem focused on helping their patients.
