Dr. Eugene Herman

I strongly advise avoiding Concerned Dental Care of Farmingville due to my extremely unpleasant experience with Dr. Herman. His lack of compassion was evident during my recent visit for a tooth extraction. I endured excruciating pain, and when I informed him that I could feel everything, he seemed more interested in continuing than ensuring my comfort. He administered additional novocaine without allowing it time to take effect and resumed the extraction, causing me to cry out in agony. Despite my pleas for him to stop, he persisted, and I had to physically get up from the chair to halt the procedure. His response was dismissive and hurtful, referring to me as a ‘baby.’ The ordeal was so painful that my husband had to involve the police, resulting in an official report. I am 48 years old and have never encountered such distress during a dental procedure. I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal. In… retrospect, I discovered similar negative reviews that I wish I had seen before my visit.

Do not waste your time with this Dentist he is in the phonebook he’s on Google and all other searches and he gives the insurance that he excepts and all else well you call and then they don’t even ask you what your insurances is and they tell you that they’re not excepting new patients well then why are you advertising that makes no sense I called last week and they said he is excepting new patients what is your insurance and I tell them and they said OK call back I called back and now he’s not excepting new patients it makes no sense why would he advertise if he’s not gonna except patients to me that’s false advertisement . Seriously just don’t waste your time
