I've seen 2 other proctologists prior to my visit with Dr Lam. He is GREAT! He is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, listened, and explained what I would be going through in my upcoming procedure. He was told that I had bad experiences before and was very fast at getting me an appt . Sadly I have to wait due to an already planned carpal tunnel surgery, but look forward to having my procedure done by Dr Lam. I'm confident that he will do a good job.

Dr. Lam answered every doubt and question I had without even asking. He was very thorough with explaining the situation in a way I could understand! I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and being very respectful!

Dr Lam was the reason that my cancer was caught early enough to be treated. He recognized there was a problem and recommended that I see another specialist. After I saw the other doctor who did not think there was a problem, Dr. Lam followed up again and suggested that I see someone else. The next Doctor took a biopsy that day and it came back positive. If Dr Lam had not continued to follow up with me, I am not sure that I would have gotten treatment in time. I could not recommend him more highly.
