Dr. Whang is a great Doctor. Yes, sometimes it's a bit of a wait but that means he takes his time with his patients.

This practice has a receptionist that basically doesn’t care what your appointment time. 40 mins spent in the waiting room and then another sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to even acknowledge you are ready and waiting. Total time in this office so far is 1 hour 10 mins and the doctor has yet to even come in and introduce himself. But the receptionist is flirting with the pharmaceutical rep.

Doesn’t matter if you left work early, doesn’t matter if you have another appointment after. You will wait a minimum of an hour and a half. My appointment was set for 1130. I got here at 11:20 and was told there was 8 people in front of me and I’d be waiting. This is every time I come to this office. His front desk is absolutely useless.

The office staff 8s very unapologetic and very disorganized. I was made to complete paper work all over again. Appreciate I was not the only person who had to do this I arrived early for my appointment but still had to wait an entire hour and was given no explanation or showed an ounce of compassion for having to wait or ha ing re arrange my schedule at the last minute.

He is very efficient, courteous, and patient friendly. He is a great doctor and very caring.

Dr.Whang is the best dermatologist I found in the Bronx . He is professional and knows how to make you feel at ease. I recommend him to all my colleagues at work .
