After several years of development, that vision has come to fruition through the creation of NewSouth NeuroSpine. In a merging of numerous practices representing four specialties, 12 core physicians have come together with a single vision. In an atmosphere of creativity, NewSouth NeuroSpine has developed a strategic plan that will deliver high-quality prompt services that meet the growing diverse choices of our patient population; provide referring physicians the specialist care they expect; and address the needs of third party payers. Under one rood, patients will be able to, for the first time in our regional market, receive comprehensive, integrated care in the fullest meaning of the often overused description.

Traditional medicine with single specialty practices has frequently not been able to meet these growing voices. NewSouth NeuroSpine's model delivers more choice and integrates the services so that duplicative services are reduced, care plans are optimized, patient satisfaction improves, and compliance increases. In a program of total quality management, NewSouth NeuroSpine will implement an objective outcomes measurement program. The software chosen as the foundation of the program is the same as leading international healthcare providers. Using a web-based interface, patients will be tracked over time and their outcomes analyzed in a way that provides real-time feedback for providers, opening the door to objective interdisciplinary review teams to develop the most efficient and effective treatment plans.
