A rare congenial and efficient doctor

I feel very lucky that I found such a great doctor. He was professional and he took the time to speak with me, answering every question that I had. He even helped me to make an appointment to see an Oftamologist.A+!

I have seen many doctors during the 38 years that I have lived in New York City. I can honestly say that none of the others can match Dr. Zappi for the quality of care and concern that he has shown me for the many years that I have been his patient. He is both a wonderful doctor and a wonderful human being. I have recommended him to all of my friends in need of the finest in dermatological care.

After many years of trying to find a good dermatologist I found an excellent one for our whole family. Thank you Dr. Zappi.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered, and unfortunately I will not return because of them.

Was recommended to Dr. Zappi by my brother-in-law who has used him for years. I live in New Jersey and have not been happy with my current dermatologist and decided it was worth the trip and expense to go to see Dr. Zappi in New York. Both me and my wife set up appointments. She went first and then it was my turn. I had a large cyst on my back that should have been taken out by my NJ doctor, but he never did it. Dr. Zappi did it right in the office. Had it for years, now it is gone. He also took care of a number of other issues, skin tag, pre-cancerous spots on my face and even cut back a large nail on my toe that has been a problem for many years and told me how to get rid of the fungus problem.I thought he was very thorough, took care of all of my problems and concerns and all in one visit. My wife was also happy with him, so we both would rate our visit and Dr. Zappi a 5 stars.I just gave his name to my daughter-in-law so she can visit him as well.

I was diagnosed with early stage melanoma ad I have been going to Dr. Zappi ever since. He is thorough, kind and takes my concerns seriously.

I have called this office 3 times this year to make a follow up appointment and the level of courtesy and professionalism of the office staff is appalling.I like the doctor but, will not follow up because of rude behavior from his office staff which likes to "huff" and "puff" on the phone. As a tax paying citizen I demand respect as a patient who is going to see a docotr for care in a medical care environment. Ethics is not being practiced at this office.I will let my refering doctor know of what happened. What a shame!
