I have MS and Dr, Huddlestone retired, I called to make a appointment and the MA would not listen and hung up on me,

I was a new patient. Was more worried if she took my insurance than getting to know me. First time. Left my room several times she was so worried about it. 2nd time I had a bladder infection. She did the normal routine. Had issues with rescuing bladder infection. Told.me to be retested maybe a long term med if it doesnt go away this tine. Week later came back. Thinking I come in pee and leave. Call in meds if need. Nope.. wanted to charge me an office visit. So I had to see her. She told.menif it want 100% I get 39 days of meds. Nope, only 7 days worth and now it's back again. Already have to find a new doctor. Tired of trying to find a doctor who listens and wants to help..

I have seen all the great reviews and have given the benefit of the doubt to dr guray of maybe having a busy day - but am very frustrated that in seeing her very regularly she does not remember the surgeries I have had that is still requiring specialized care. I have had to go over all of it on EACH visit as if it was something she did not know about. blood work I had done five months prior she went back through and suddenly thought I should be taking certain supplements because I am deficient-why did she not think that before and just noticed it ?!Iplus supplements I had been taking for the last five years and had gone over with her she suddenly was re-prescribing them as if I was not taking them. I had some very serious tests done and came in for the results (which should of been there days ahead) and she did not even attempt to call to get them- I called the lab and pathology dept who both told me she should of called before I left the visit" that that was not ok !!!" when I came… back the next day because I was pushing the issue she did not have a conclusive answer and said we could just "wait and watch it". I asked to go to a specialist and was in surgery soon after because it was cancer!!!!!!!!! she IS very kind but does NOT listen well and certainly seems to NOT be recording things on her computer . I have family members who have had numerous doctors -my experiences have never been bad I always try to give someone a chance- I am a very easy going person and do not take writing this lightly. I feel very unimportant as a patient to her she always blames things on my weight that is her answer to everything even though I may be heavier I am very agile - on my feet all the time love the outdoors etc. most who know me do not think I am that big (I wear size 14 in pants) kinda average I think. I have had a couple of things come up after surgery that the surgeon sent me to a specialist for a unseen complication she totally downplayed what was going on and literally asked" why I would need to see a specialist". she acted as if the complication was normal and I yet again had to go over the surgeries and stress that this had occurred after and was related to the procedures. I can not be the only one that sees her and has had this happen- I do not get it ! I really did not want to have to look for another primary care physician- My old one retired I was with him for years . my kids have had two great pediatricians we had for them for years I have been dealing with doctors for years- great doctors at childrens hospital in seattle and uw hospital great relationships- great care .just writing this as a warning to others luckily i had the sense to ask to see a specialist who is handling the crucial things but am now looking for a new doctor . ya know maybe she just is taking on too many patients i know i have always had to wait a very long time (a hour or more 9 times out of ten ) but it would of been worth it had the care been thorough and important to her.

Dr Guray is awesome, One of the best doctors I've ever had

You might have to wait a little bit longer than other doctor offices but she is worth the wait. Very thorough, very caring, very accurate on her diagnoses. She really should have her own office building, SHE'S THAT GOOD!

She is very caring, compassionate individual. She listens and spend time to hear your problems. She is very professional with an excellent bedside manner. She is an overall excellent doctor.

I have been taking my folks there for about 5 years now and she is the most thorough Dr. I have ever met. We recently caught a very early hematoma in my dad's left side of his brain, due to her quick response to very small changes in his behavior. I cant say enough about this Dr. Plan to wait for your apt. but its worth it to see her. She will make up for it by spending quality time with you.
