Dr Chan takes care of my entire family and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She is absolutely wonderful! I never have to wait more than 5 min for my appointments and she follows up in a timely matter. Highly recommend!

Dr Chan is the best! She’s approachable, knowledgeable, and fun. I look forward to my visits with her. She spends time to educate me (in a way I understand) about what is going on with my health and I always leave more empowered to make positive changes. Highly, highly recommend!!

Dr. Chan is THE best PCP I have ever had. She listens and assesses my needs based on what is spoken and unspoken.

Dr. Chan is an excellent physician who goes above and beyond for her patients. She is kind, thoughtful, and very bright. I trust her wholeheartedly with my medical care.

HIghly unprofessional and surrounds herself with people who do not care about the well being of patients. Disappointing the value-care based model never reached this location.
