Dr. Eva Yee Wah Chan, MD

We have been visiting Dr. Eva Chan for over 2 decades. First started from my wife and now it passes to our children. Dr. Eva Chan is very professional and knowledgeable, and she gives the best advice. Dr. Jacklyn joined around 2-3 years ago, and she is a young talented doctor as well. Both of them are very professional and nice to the kids. But make sure you make an appointment, walk-in is not acceptable as I know. I think it is more efficient especially for the pandemic days.

If I can give them a negative star I will in a heart beat. Unfortunately, Dr. Meng office is closed. We got transfer to Dr. Chan. Her office staff is very rude: Bruce, Sarah, and Amy.

The staff are not friendly or show any concerns for requesting same day appointments for sick child. They will just ask you to walk in and wait endlessly until your turn is up. When I questioned about the wait or requesting the nurse to see my son first, the receptionist told me that I can go the ER if I want to instead of offering any better assistance a.

This office staff is horrible! The lady in the front office told me she had no copy of my daughters insurance that's impossible. They are unfriendly and extremely rude the front staff has the worst service ever unfriendly and the wait time is extremely long. Not worth anybody's time. This is the worst doctor I have ever visited. If there was a negative star they would deserve it the doctor is ok though

at least 2 hrs wait doesn't matter what time you go in, one time me and my son was the 1st in line and only 3 other people in the doctor office and still waited 1 45 mins, and she is very mean and unfriendly to my kids... i will never go back and i am switching you !

Bad Front office services and are rude. i ask question and he plays with his phone, i have to repeat my question. Waiting room is dirty and hot. Refuse to turn on A/C when it was 85 degree outside. It makes you sick sitting there waiting, cannot brief sitting there, have to wait outside in the parking lots. This is a Pediatrician office, suppose to have enough ligting and keep the room temperture at normal. Doc gives good advise, but need to Hire some real professional assistance!!! i'm done with this place!!

We had an appoint at 9:00am. We arrived at 8:45 thinking we should be there a little early. Turns out the office is closed and only one nurse/staff came to open the doors at 9:00. We got in and waited and waited. Eva did not show up at the office until at 10:00. We were just sitting there waiting like a bunch of idiots. Why is there even an 9:00am appointment when the doctor doesn't even show up until 10:00. It's absolutely ridiculous. When she finally sees my son it was already 10:30. She didn't even bother giving an explanation for being late. She acts as this was completely normal. She is very rough with my son. She always uses brute force when dealing with him. It is terribly painful to see my son treated this way. The office is a complete dump. The furniture in the rooms are from 1980 or even earlier. Do not take your child to this doctor unless you have to.
