I don’t understand the bad reviews I’ve been reading. Dr. DiCocco has been our doctor for years. We have always been pleased with her care. I’ve never felt rushed and she coordinates my care with referrals as needed. She is responsive to emails.

she, like most kaiser doctors, are SO rushed. i see her for probably 4 minutes no matter what symptoms i have. she acts like she cars but she doesn't. she asks NO questions that doctors should ask. just "whats wrong" and then 3 minutes later...here's your diagnosis and a pharmacy script.

Beside manner is poor. She acts like she is doing you a favor instead of doing her job. She doesn't know how to fill out standard forms that are required by Medicare. She doesn't look in your chart to check for test results. She wants the elderly patient to make calls and order supplies and medical equipment.

they have a walk in center that is closed for holidays and regular business hours
