Dr. Eva M. Pleta graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University School of Dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. and Maryland. She started her solo practice in Vienna, Virginia 15 years ago. She is an active member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Pleta continues to strive for excellence by attending advanced courses in all aspects of General Dentistry, particularly in the field of cosmetic and implant dentistry. She has been a recipient of the Top Dentist award for several years by the Research Council of America. In her spare time, Dr. Pleta enjoys traveling with her husband Tom, and their three children.

Jourdan- Practice Coordinator
Jourdan graduated from Osborne High School in Manassas, Virginia and is currently working on her B.A. in Psychology at George Mason University. Besides her warm and caring personality, she is committed to building long-term patient relationships.
Diane- Registered Dental Hygienist
A native of Hawaii, Diane graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Psychology and the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is highly-skilled and dedicated to educating our patients on keeping their teeth healthy for life.
Zafaria- Clinical Dental Assistant
Zafaria graduated from McLean High School and holds a certificate in dental assisting. Her conscientiousness and technical abilities help create beautiful smiles for our patients in the most comfortable setting.
Estella - Front Desk Coordinator
Estella graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Studio Arts. She provides general front desk duties efficiently and in a very professional manner.
Anne- Registered Dental Hygienist
Anne graduated from Northern Virginia Community College, with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene, summa cum-laude. She has been working in the field of periodontics for many years. Her friendly smile and exceptional clinical skills make her a true asset in our dental team.
Rane-Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Minnesota, Rane graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin. After moving to Northern Virginia, she graduated with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene, Cum Laude, at the Northern Virginia Community College. With over 10 years of being a dental hygienist, she constantly shares her enthusiasm about the latest trends in dentistry.
Nicole-Certified Dental Assistant
Nicole is from Hampton, Virginia. She has been a dental assistant for more than 5 years and is studying to be a dental hygienist at the Northern Virginia Community College. She makes every effort to help our patients achieve the best dental health possible.
