Dr. Appelbaum was extremely impatient, rude and lacked empathy. I would not recommend and will not be seeing him again.

I was so worried when my sisters’ found out she had early signs of heart failure, but she was sent to Dr. Evan Appelbaum. Knowing she was seeing a Harvard cardiologist gave us reassurance she would see the best. He put her on conservative treatment and introduced a moderate exercise program for her. Now at 35, she is healthier and her heart function has returned to normal. Thank you Dr. Appelbaum for being the best doctor!

I went to our family doctor for regular check up then he recommended that I visit Dr. Evan Appelbaum so that he could do a preventative cardiac screening. He managed to detect early heart disease and placed me on treatment right away. Now, all my family has seen him and we couldn’t be happier.

I wanted to get a cardiac stress test and a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Evan Appelbaum. My family has a history of heart problems and I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a heart attack. My family doctor told me that Dr. Appelbaum was a “preventative cardiologist” and used methods to help reduce my chances of heart problems. The test was easy and he followed up with ordered a heart CT scan to look to see if I had early signs of calcium. He put me on a plan to get healthier and now at 58, I am in better shape than when I was 40.

Dr. Evan Appelbaum advised that I start living a healthier lifestyle after he saw me for a heart rhythm problem. He also gave me fitness tips and referred me to a great nutritionist. I guess it is worth it seeing a Harvard doctor when you really want the best.

One of the things I like about Dr. Evan Appelbaum as my cardiologist is his clear communication. He explained what was wrong with my heart and what we needed to do to rectify the situation. In fact, I saw him featured on the news for his innovative care.
