The rudest, most arrogant and verbally abusive doctor I have ever met in my life. He seems mentally unstable and will attack you for no reason on one visit but then recklessly fill your prescriptions the next visit. His receptionist is equally abusive. I wish I had recorded some of what I have heard her say on the phone while I was waiting. If you want to be verbally abused by him or his ignorant receptionist go see him; otherwise find anyone else because you will never find a more arrogant, ignorant do tor anywhere

One Would Think That If You Are In Pain,The Doctor Would Be Understanding. I Have Never Met A Doctor That Caused You More Pain With His Attitude. This Doctor needs To See A Psychiatrist.

The rudest, verbally abusive, most insulting and demeaning person and Dr. I have ever met. I have never ever experienced anything like this anywhere!! Find another pain management provider. It was actually painful to see him!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for several years and have complete faith in him. He answers all my questions thoroughly. My orthopedic surgeon referred me to him after having lower lumbar spinal fusion several years ago. I have severe lower back pain and Dr. Frank has been a life saver with a condition I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. Occasionally I need a spinal epidural and I am very trusting in him during this procedure because he is highly skilled and personable with a caring bedside manner and a hint of humor that immediately puts me at ease. I am happy that at my recent visit to the office he has replaced the VERY RUDE person at the front desk. His new replacement is lovely and I am sure she will be an asset to the practice.

Dr. Frank has given me my life back!!! Having been in back pain from disc herniation and sciatic pain for years and worsening symptoms, e.g., leg numbness, shooting pain and inability to lift my leg, and many failed treatments my quality of life was decreasing. My Orthopedic surgeon felt I didn't need surgery and would heal and sent me to Dr. Frank. With 1 epidural steroid infusion I walked out of the hospital pain free. He is a highly skilled and personable physician with a caring bedside manner unlike no other. Just a Brilliant physician.

Dr. Frank pain management that lives up to his reputation one of the best I’ve ever known. I had pain from shingles and he’s the only doctor that took the pain away so quickly, I was shocked. I wish that I had him years ago when I had the shingles end-up with Herpes text Neuralgia. The damage is done but I’m going back today or treatment for that. Hoping for the best.

I have been a patient of Dr Frank after going through many Drs. And have had ups and downs but that goes with any long relationship, his secretary is the worst, rude and always on the phone with personal calls, appears to be extremely prejudice and seems to make medical based decisions w/o discussing with the Dr. It makes his practice appear very ghetto and low life. She will complain about him not being able to do anything for himself and a " big baby" as I heard her state on the phone in the waiting room. I could write a book about the things that she has done. I would go somewhere else if my pain wasn't so complicated! She is extremely difficult and tends not to return calls, or maybe she does to people she likes!

I was referred to Dr Frank by Dr Rushton. I was seen the next day. He accepted my Cigna Health Spring Insurance. I received an injection 4 days prior to my daughter's wedding. The injection was a success and so was my father daughter dance. Highly recommened.

Tried to reschedule a new patient appt. I was told I was a no call no show because I called the morning of to cancel. His scheduler/office manager gave me 3 versions of why she wouldn't schedule another appt. She was rude, curt and attitudinal on all conversations and so was Frank. I wonder if this is how they treat all patients dealing with pain.

just research the reviews on this doctor.... i can attest to his rudeness, unprofessional attitude and his office manager carries out his selfish and self indulging ways. she is the worst front line person and i know how she keeps this position. the doctor sets the tone by his arrogance and disrespect. he provides dishonest reports and he will leave you in worst shape than when you started with him. just save your self the hassle and by pass this terrible doctor.
