Dr. Evan S Hershkowitz, DDS

This dentist goes by Dr.Evan at 7 Seas. Brought my child to this dentist bc I saw it on a facebook moms group. Was disappointed! I drove far and was not worth it. I have to agree that billing practices are not being held honestly. I got charged double and our ins is taken here, I'm a working mom and canâ??t afford these added expenses for work not completed. The Dr himself is cold and we got the feeling he likes to upsell work as "theyre just baby teeth now but if we don't do something now...". He tries to joke but seems ignorant as a dr. He did not really care in providing medical/dental information well. Overheard lots of sedation upselling as we waited to be next (we arrived early as its a long drive). We also overheard as receptionist tried to let dr know regarding a call from another parent on the phone as she chatted with coworker how dr tries to avoid responding to concerned parent's calls all the time. Apparently he's been avoiding returning calls as staff said â??I canâ??t… believe he still hasn't called her back and she's been calling since last weekâ??. Not great hearing this reality. Don't recommend! You too can do better. Will be trying nearby valley pediatrics soon which Dr. B ortho recommended and should have listened to.

This dentist only cares about the money. He was quick to suggest sedation and how money is due upfront etc. Something is off about this dentist. Office looks new but staff does not seem to have things in order. Also very inappropriate conversations (immature sex innuendos) with his staff could be heard from the hallway on my way to their restroom on their side of the split office.
