Couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Lewis! He was on time, gentle and explained the procedure very throughly and answered all my questions! Highly recommend! His staff is great as well. Awesome environment.

Frustrating. Dr Lewis and staff are very attentive but I purchased 2 pair of over the counter orthotics ($100) but still had problems so we decided to try custom orthotics ($250) and gave them a month but heels hurt worse in spots. Went back and they tried padding which I tried for 2 weeks. No help. Asked for a refund on Custom Orthotics since the over the counter ones I purchased from him felt better. Was told they have no refunds. Later received bill for $134.52 for boot that Dr Lewis said was no charge. He even excused himself to check on cost. Dr's and staff were pleasant but I feel I have spent hundreds of dollars for some things that didn't help. Have checked with other places and others have a 45 day refund policy. Been trying to make this work with them but very frustrating.
