Dr. Evan Shih-Hung Lu, MD

I've only been seeing Evan Lu as my primary physician for a little over a year, but I'm over the top impressed by his attentiveness, follow up and quality of health related advice. Notably, he doesn't just pay cursory attention to medical history, medications, etc. It's apparent that he really studied my history, asking insightful questions and providing direction for me in planning my health care going forward as a senior.

I think Dr. Lu is one of the best internists I have ever been to. He is very conscientious, listens to you, smart and really know medicine. He has a great bedside manner and always takes times to answer any and all questions. I had a few times that I needed an after hour prescription and he is very quick to return the call and summit the prescription. By my standards, he is excellent and I am pretty particular!!!

It took 5 years, but I finally found a doctor who is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. There is never a problem getting an appointment to see him. You never feel rushed during your appointment with him. He listens to your concerns and makes sure that all your questions are answered before leaving his office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

I have searched for years to find an internist I am happy with. Dr Lu is amazing. He takes the time to listen to your problem and also takes the time to give a diagnosis. I feel he is intelligent and knowledgeable and most of all, he follows up after hours if necessary to check on your well being. I really feel he personally knows me as a patient. He is now the internist for most of our family and I highly recommend him. Very highly recommended!
