Dr. Evan Howard Lyon, MD

I would not suggest trusting this individual with your health. While a patient at Heartland I was routinely denied access to services and I was harassed due to errors that had already been removed from my records. Evan Lyon had promised to address these issues but simply refused to meet with me and eventually he stopped communicating. During my attempting at communicating with him his staff had increased their harassment of me when I tried to place in a calm official grievance after my 3 appointment was canceled at the office he was managing. As a result I have had serious heart and dental problems develop which are now irreversible. He has still not communicated with me about any of the issues I contacted him about, despite numerous emails promising me he would meet with me or correct these issues. It took almost an entire year (since my last attempt) to gain access to my medical files. I have still received zero exploitation as to why I was denied care, was harassed and am… currently being denied access to the admnent process. Despite a year of communication and promises, I still have never seen Dr Evan Lyon in person.
