It’s hard to put into word the gratitude I feel towards Dr Restelli who went above and beyond to help me get the best care for my severely ill father. He is a genuine, kind hearted person who made himself available day or night to a complete stranger desperately trying to get more pro-active care for a loved one. His actions not only had an extremely positive effect on my fathers spirit and outlook but also his health and the level of care he received. Dr. Restelli truly has set the standard for how healthcare should be and the manner in which patients are treated.

He has been very nice to my dad as a patient. He gave him excellent care and genuinely cares to make sure that he fulfills all of his needs during the study.

He was so amazingly kind and listened to all my problems and he is really a great doctor 100% would recommend him for lung problems. Thank you Dr Restelli for helping me out.

Overall can not complain. Took a while to get my initial visit, but follow-up appointments and various test scheduling have all been quick. Wait times have been less than 15 mins and have not experienced any of the issues others have been reporting. Have been seeing him now for about a year. No real complaints to ve had as far as he goes.

They keep rescheduling your appointments. I’m a lung cancer patient with COPD. Been waiting almost 7 months for a follow up from a procedure that was done.

No complaint on his medical skills, but if you haven't got all day DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. This provider has never seen me on time. Most visits have a 20 or 30 min delay, but I have walked out multiple times after waiting for him after 30 to 50 minutes after his nurse has taken vitals. Seems to me that a provider or facility that wants you to be there 15 min early for your appointment should also see the patient in a timely fashion. My last appointment I left after 35 min wait AFTER the nurses care resulted in me receiving a letter stating he was withdrawing as my physician. Really not being considerate for me or any other of his patients.

I UNDERSTAND IT IS A VERY BUSY OFFICE, BUT WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND COULDN'T BE FIT IN UNTIL JANUARY, I QUESTIONED WHAT YOU DO IF YOU REALLY NEED TO BE SEEN AND HER RESPONSE WAS I DON'T HAVE TIME TO EXPLAIN OUR SCHEDULING PROCEDURE TO YOU. SO UNCALLED FOR. NEED SOME TRAINING ON TALKING TO PATIENTS WHO PAY THEIR SALARY!!
