I walked in nervous and left feeling confident and reassured. Dr. Smith and his nursing staff are exceptional. He is knowledgeable, explained things clearly, was patient and answered any concerns and questions I had about upcoming surgery. He is also personable and compassionate. The nursing staff is warm, friendly, supportive and completely put me at ease by anticipating any questions they thought I might have, but forgot to ask. This was my fourth healthcare facility, I came to for surgical consultations and it truly is head and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his wonderful team.
