Dr. Evan George Tzakis, MD

Dr tzakis has always been on time, knowledgeable, non bias or judge mental. I’ve been under his medical care for almost 8 years. He always follows up and will fit me if needed. I would definitely recommend him as a psychiatrist.

He is often late, unapologetic about it. He doesn’t want to hear details that are pertinent to treatment and will cut you off. He is pompous. I spent way too many years putting up with his disdain for me as Kaiser mental health services were completely overwhelmed with patients and starting over with someone new meant waiting several months for the unknown. Sometimes the devil you know is preferable to the one you do not know.

He's unwilling to hear patients out, disregards persons need for medical help and tries to pressure you in medication that won't help your actual disorder.

Dr. Tzakis is a good listener and is very attentive. He puts me at ease and is very knowleable. He is very professionable.
