Wasted time and money. She clearly does not care about her patients. Came in with a rash, and she did not even look at my rash, giving me a cream that was lower than the prescription cream I brought in. What a joke!

I would see another doctor. Last year, I felt uncomfortable and I felt strange after I talked to her, like I was doing something wrong. I should not feel that way.

This woman is arrogant and unsympathetic. She does not listen to people, nor does she care to. She has a unsavory attitude, and believes that is an expert in everything. She has no bedside manner.

I've seen Dr. Chu a couple of times for various reasons. As well as giving me good information and helping me with whatever issue I've visited for, she's been kind and sympathetic. The only one downside I noticed with her was that when I saw her for a wellness visit, it was very quick. However, when I've seen her for urgent care she's been great. I'm sad that she's no longer at Westfield Family Practice.
