Excellent care and very compassionate.

I feel I was treated unethically at this clinic. I went in for a consult for regarding laser treatment for spider veins and some larger veins in the under Eye area. I was told they could treat it. Then when I came for my appointment I was told they could not and instead would only treat 2 or 3 little ones on my cheeks. I should have said oh I get it. You didn’t want to tell me you couldn’t do it and have me not come in and get at least some money out of me so you lied. The old bait and switch tactic. I should have walked out right then and there but thought well something is better than nothing I guess and really didn’t want the conflict. Just what was expected I’m guessing. The laser treatment sucks also. Completely ineffectual. It did absolutely nothing for some tiny little red spider veins. They told me veins in the Eye area can’t be treated. Wrong. Plastic surgeons can do that. I found one with very good reviews in Nashville and got it done there and the doc did an awesome job. Not… cheap but well worth it. They put metal cornea shields in your eyes. It costs about 1200$ per session. In my case it took a couple of sessions. So for Dr. Jones, if you are interested in doing right by your patients rather than exploiting them if someone comes to you requesting laser for under eye veins you can refer them to Dr. Biesman in Nashville instead of conning them into something less than what they wanted/needed so you can pad your pockets and pay for your junk laser equipment.

Dr. Evelyn Jones is one of the kindest physicians. She always has a smile.

This doctor breezes in and breezes out. No real time taken with the patient. I was there for a 6 month checkup for skin cancer. She scanned me over too quickly. No real conversation either. I hardly had time to ask a question and she had left the room. I felt that I was not important enough.
