Never, ever go to this woman’s practice. You will be redirected to her NP. She is a Narcissist. Her office wouldn’t refill scripts I’ve been on for years. She’s an absolute menace to medicine.

The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. When calling to confirm a patient I was directed to confirm via email. Which I did twice. When I called back the second time to follow up on the two emails I had sent, I was told there was nothing that she can do bc everything must be done via email. When I asked if she could leave a msg for the provider she said no. In the middle of asking to speak to a supervisor she placed me on hold mid-sentence. Waited a couple of mins then someone roughly answered asking what did I want. I then identified myself and the reason for the call. she rudely said the receptions already told you you have to email the office. Then asked the name of the patient, rudely stated she could not help, identified herself as Dr Llanos and hung up.

Great Service everyone was nice. Michelle was great and asked all the right questions. I highly recommend this practice.

I was charged for a no show when the staff scheduled the wrong appointment date.

Seeing her for 7 years.No nonsense Dr.who spends as much time as necessary to get it right.

She is awful. Horrible manners and she's extremely rude! I have a disability daughter on medicaid and she treated her horribly. Not to mention when you call no one speaks english so it's hard to get anything done.

You never see Dr Llanos. I saw her for maybe 3 minutes in 18 months. You see her assistant and I cannot tell you how much bad information I was given. Went to a new doctor, and the things I had been complaining about for over a year were diagnosed and successfully treated in one visit. Did I mention the treatment was something I had asked Dr Llanos' assistant to check but they insisted on all sorts of sonograms, echos, ekgs etc and all they needed to do was up my anti-depressants, as I suggested a year ago. Stay away!

She is the best doctor I have been to. She takes her time out and explains all the details that needs to be told. Always smiling.
