Dr. Evelyn M White, MD

I have been going to Dr White for several years now. Never a long wait time and she gets in to see me and pretty straight to the point. Not sure what other reviewers are complaining about cost for checkups, sounds more like an issue with your insurance than Dr White. Over the years she has mainly been managing my HTN, but she also noticed a possibly cancerous mole on my back to get looked at which ended up getting removed. She is attentive and friendly, the only downside is she doesn’t seem to remember after all these years I have a lazy eye so when she asks me to follow her finger with my eyes can be an awkward moment, but oh well, she has many patients I’m sure so I don’t expect her to remember every detail about me. Would recommend

Asked me to come in half an hour early to get to know me. Barely listened. Also the office neglected to mention that coming in would cost me over $150 when in my health plan all visits are fully covered. What a scam.

She is very nice, I will give her that. Beyond this, she has the most uncomfortable, nervous, bumbling, awkward demeanor during physicals. It always seem like she doesn't know what to say, and hasn't ever spoken with another human being before. She is also very delayed in approving medication refills. I made the next available appointment with her which was a month away. She wouldn't refill my medication until I came in to see her. But didn't have anything open before my appointment.

Dr. White and her staff have given me excellent care. She pays attention to my needs and listens to everything I have to say. Her staff are very friendly and my appointments are always on time.

She is not hearing me. She does not seem to care to go the extra mile for me. I am in the process of finding a new doctor.

Dr. White has an excellent bedside manner. She is thorough and concerned. Her office is also friendly and attentive which I find amazing.

Dr. White is very thorough, a good listener, has a very pleasant personality. She listens to all of your problems and addresses them. I have had very good care under her. Her staff is wonderful and helpful. If she doesn't have an appointment spot readily available, she will get you in if you need to be seen right away. As a bonus, she has other specialists right in her office. I would recommend Dr. White to anyone!

I found Dr. White to be extremely professional yet very caring. She was a good listener and was able to help me with many of my concerns. She has a very calm, caring and attentive bedside manner. She and her office are also very steadfast about following up with you regarding test results and tests you need to get done, etc. I have only seen her about 3 times in a year but I have had the same good experience each time I visit or call her office. I think she is a great doctor. I almost hate to write this review because I don't want her to get so busy that I can't get appointments promptly when I need them.

Dr. White listens carefully to gather information before making a diagnosis or health recommendation. Her calm and caring demeanor help to make it a stress-free experience. I also appreciate the pleasant and efficient nurses and staff at her office. Highly recommended.
