Dr. Everett Roy Forman, MD

Do not place yourself in this office’s care! The staff is an exceptionally rude and unhelpful and will align you to the doctor if you ask any questions or say something the receptionist does not like and there is no other way to contact the doctor except through her. At a very difficult time, I tried to get my primary doctor, Dr Foreman, to give me a call because I needed his help, and I literally said as much. Not only did she malign me to the doctor, she also apparently never passed on the message that I needed his help. Unfortunately, the AMA and New York State insurance board are now involved. It is unfortunate because he seems like a nice enough man, but rather a fool if this is who he is entrusting his name and reputation to. I wonder if he would be so interesting of his help if he knew that his front desk said he was unable to care for a relatively simple patient because she didn’t like being called out on her rudeness. I have not received one iota of compassion or understanding… from their office and in fact this office is lack of care and response was rather detrimental to me healthwise. And the very sad thing is, this apparently clueless man I would imagine has no idea what actually transpired. Do not entrust your health to this office. It cannot be said enough.

I went to him when I had a lump in my abdomen and he told me that he sees many patients who have much larger lumps and not to worry about it. He would not approve an MRI or ultrasound because he said they were too expensive. I found out six months later that it was cancerous when my gastroententrologist approved mri, blood work and ultrasounds. Unforgivable and unprofessional.

I would not recommend Dr Forman. I had him for 46 years. I left him to go downstate to live with relatives because my only child passed away. He told me my son should be alive after losing trn days before. I stayed downstate less than 2 years. I came back here and he would not take me back and would not give me a reason why. Yet he is taking new patients. I know a couple people who stopped going to him because of this.It's difficult to find a doctor.I went to bat for him when he first moved into the bldg. He could not health insurance for his patients. His wife called my house looking for payments even when I was paying the bill.

Takes time to explain things!

I walked in, showed him my problem, he immediately told me what it was when it was totally baffling to everyone else, gave me the right medication, which fixed my issue in no time. I'll always go back.

Dr Forman is fantastic. Diagnosed my mother's condition when no one else could even after being in the hospital.

De Forman is great at explaining what is going on in a way that is easy to understand and calming

Office staff is very nice... he seemed nice at first but then was very unhelpful and unconcerned about my long list of health issues. Asked me "what do you want me to do - what kind of Dr do you want to see?" I was sitting there quite and in tears. Never went back.

Lazy. If you need a smart Dr who cares keep looking.

Dr. Forman is the BEST troubleshooter around. Have been with him for over 25 years. Always steered me to the right specialist. Good sense of humor and knows his stuff
