Dr. Everett R Johnson, DDS

I was treated like a criminal. I had a bad accident in March and was incapacitated until mid June. During this time almost $10,000.00 worth of medical bills came in. The person assisting me with my bills mixed Dr. Johnsons bill into those medical bills and the bill was not paid on time. Finally a neighbor brought me a piece of my mail that had been delivered to them. It was Dr. Johnsons bill. As soon as I got it I rushed and put a check in the mail. Then a few days later I got a reminder that my dental appointment scheduled 6 months prior was the next day. When I showed up for my appointment, I was treated like a criminal over this late bill. This was the only time I had missed a bill with them and the woman behind the front desk was just rude and mean and treated me like I was a criminal. even thought I assured her that I had mailed the payment in days earlier. For some reason they eventually got that payment after more days then it should have taken to get there. Yet no apology or… acknowledgement. I was never given the opportunity to explain just treated rudely. Shortly after that visit i received a letter from them saying they didn't want to treat me anymore and that I used foul language as I left the office that day when they wouldn't schedule my next visit until they received the payment. This was a lie as I never used foul language that day. I always thought that health care providers were supposed to show compassion to patients. Well there wasn't any of that happening at this office
