Doesn’t know what she’s doing and the worst bedside manner I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience.

Worst bed aide manner I have ever experienced. I am a nurse and I went to urgent care now in Toms River, NJ because I knew my ear was impacted and need to have it checked to make sure there was no infection. I was told repeatedly to use peroxide I stated it does not work for me she told me yes it does I repeated myself no I’ve tried it before many times and it does not work for me so she turned her back to me and said if you did it it would work. They she told me that she did not want to clean my ear I asked her if she please could because I have a lot of pressure in my head she storms out grabs the ear lavage and starts to flush my ear. While flushing my ear she condescending tells me that if I used peroxide that it would come out it one flush not 50 she flushed my ear twice and then said ok I’ll do it a couple more times but this is a waste of water and I have people in the waiting room. As a doctor you treat your patient it should not matter how long you spend with your patients and… what matters is patient care. I left in tears because I would never treat my patients like that!!! To top it all off I come home to tell my husband come to find out it was the same doctor that he brought our son to for sore throat my husband asked for a strep test because he gets strep frequently she said he doesn’t need it the next I brought him back to the doctor (a different doctor) and they ran the culture and overnight and he had strep and was placed on antibiotics

Dr. Polczynski came to my rescue when I experienced high altitude sickness and low oxygen levels after moving to the CO Rockies. Even though she was on vacation at the time, she made sure O2 was ordered for me right away due to the seriousness of my condition. Shortly thereafter, I moved from Pagosa Springs and never looked back. Dr. Polczynski is a very thorough and compassionate physician which is very RARE in the U.S. today....I highly recommend her!
