Dr. E is truly one of a kind. His work on my mother, Yelena, was absolutely remarkable. Due to her breast cancer diagnosis last year, she needed to have a single mastectomy. We were presented with a couple options for reconstruction, and he thoroughly explained each path, while also giving his recommendation and making us feel as confident as we could given the circumstances. We ended up going with an abdominal fat transfer to the mastectomy site, otherwise known as a TRAM flap. When he examined her in the appointments leading up to the surgery, he explained not only how flat her stomach will be, but also that the massive scar she's had since she was 19 from an ovarian operation will be absolutely gone!! That actually got my mom excited, despite the overall diagnosis. Anyways, the operation went seamlessly, the doctor's care team was OUTSTANDING, and my mom's breasts looks virtually identical, and her stomach better than mine! Now, at the young and ripe age of 59, my mother is finally… wearing two-piece bikinis for the first time in her life! She can't stop talking about grateful she is to Dr. E, as we all are!!
