Worst front office . Never answer phones. Dr and PA are good.

Their "new phone system " SUCKS!!!! You NEVER get through!!!! You are immediatley put on hold by the automatic system, and after waiting 15-20 MINUTES!! you are sent to their "answering service" which is someone working from home. If you leave a message to get called back... GOOD LUCK ON THAT ONE!!! I would NOT recommend this doctor as their service has gone into the crapper!!! POOR front office (faxes don't get sent) FAIL on the phone system....

Dr konca and her staff are amazing. I've had other doctors for my diabetes and couldn't get it under control but she did and I couldn't be more grateful. Hilda is really sweet and has a great personality. I've never had an issue with this office or the staff. I see her at the rancho cucamonga location .

I have seen Dr Konca once since I started going here but that’s really ok because her PAs are amazing. Recently I saw Marina unexpectedly because my original PA Sean had left. I was experiencing a life altering event at the time and Marina could not have been more comforting. She had amazing bedside manor, took as much time as I needed and answered each question without judgement. On my next visit I saw Vanessa because Marina was out for an emergency and again I met yet another PA with incredible bedside manor. Vanessa sat and spoke with me not just about my endocrinology issues but my infertility issues as well. She actively listened to me, addressed all my concerns and NEVER shut me down. It was refreshing and exactly what I needed at that time. Often times you feel as though you’re bothering doctors with your questions but Marina and Vanessa absolutely do not make you feel this way. I am so lucky to have these three amazing people on my team. Thank you

I have been a patient here for six years and have seen Dr Konca once. Called for a prescription refill and was assured it would be called in. One week later and it had still not been called in. I will be requesting my records and seeing a new endocrinologist. Terrible staff.

Back into 2008 I was diagnosed with hypothyroid i’ve been on Synthroid ever since I even had a child taking the medication this Dr. took me off with no warning and gave me her cell number and said call if something happens to you and she even tried to give me a radiation pill to burn off my thyroid after she took me off happy I never took the pill I wouldn’t be here today giving a review .

The staff and including the doctor are very unprofessional and rude. I made an appointment about a month and a half ago after calling my primary physician's office and Konca's office. They called me twice to verify my appointment and when I got there, I was told that they could not see me. I tried to explain that I had placed a lot of phone calls to get an appointment. Konca came to the front office and told me that she did not appreciate they way I talk to the staff. She told me this in front of other patients. She assume she was being enice because she told me she would seem for free. I end up leaving the doctor's office because I did not want to be seen by such unprofessional and disrespectful doctor and staff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

if i could i wouldn't even give it a star, its been a nightmare to get a hold of this office took me almost 3 weeks just to set up an appointment and on top of that the girls are rude. I called to make sure my referral went thru 3 times and all they kept saying is nope, i kept calling my primary doctor to get mad at them! to find out this office changed their fax number and did not bother to update no one on that. Finally my primary doctor faxes it to the "correct" number and now this clinic tells me that supposedly my doctor did not give a good enough description (possible thyroid issue/ hormonal in balance and unexplained weight gain wasn't enough of a description!) oh and that my primary did not send my blood work either and that was a must. So here i go again playing phone tag...finally a week later i call to schedule my appointment only to be told nothing open for 2 months REALLY! I keep calling to see if any cancellations but these girls are so rude and dont seem like they want… to work. Please read these reviews all of them have nothing good to say, i just got off the phone with my primary to change me to another specialist ASAP, really sucks because this is my health!

Every time my appointment was made to see the Dr. Ewa Konca M.D (Endocrinology). I was seen by Physician Assistant. My insurance is paying to see the specialist not Physician Assistant and that is cheating. Second they never have sooner appointment available. In order know about blood test you have to see them in person they cannot notify the person about any changes over the phone based on blood report.
