Dr. Fabian Revita Franco, MD

Been my mother's PCP over 30yrs. The hostile environment there now by the staff is astonishing. They can't draw blood correctly and tell you her vien blew. I take her to the pavilion and it's 1 stick and done. Then, the double billing. They bill you for service that are paid. I call to let them know, they made me prove it when they are very capable of accessing the account. I know I can access my account for credits. Here's another, Dr. Franco prescribes a new medicine and says the pharmacy will call when it's ready. 1 week later no medicine. I check online no request. I make a request that will require Dr. approval. 3 days later I get Daisy on the phone and let her know, she tells me the pharmacy didn't tell the truth. I check online that night and the request I made got approved which let's me know they never requested. If so it will show. This happened twice. I can say that when I started taking my mother to her appointments in 2013 it was a pleasant visit. Check Healthgrades… reviews and you can see a decline in satisfaction there.

You can tell Dr Franco really cares about his patients, and I like him a lot. However, I will not be returning after dealing with the office managers Maria and Daisy. Talk about rude. Doctor's wives should not be managing their practices.

I have been a patient of Dr. Franco for over 22 years! Yes, I am considered a geriatric patient now but he sees my whole family. He is always patient, understanding and really listens to you. Never had a problem getting in to see him or with his office staff. I would recommend Dr. Franco to everyone! Caroletta Redd and family

My Father had his leg amputated from the knee down. His other good leg he has know feeling in. He can not walk or get around on his own. His old eletric wheel chair he bought and paid for himself is not working properly and he now gets stuck in places around the house. We have begged Dr Franco's office for months to write a script so his insurance will get him a new one. Dr Franco's office refuses to help on this matter! I can not understand why they are treating an old disabled man this way.

Very detailed and great personality.

I like that he is very easy to talk with and straight forward and listens.

Dr. Franco has been my primary care physician for several years now. I have also seen his PA numerous times. I never feel rushed ... they are happy to answer my questions in a manner that I can understand ... they are both very thorough in their examinations and I always feel well cared for. And the care doesn't stop when I leave their offices. Many times I have received phone calls at home to follow up on issues, advise me of test results and/or request for additional testing. I have never had a problem getting an appointment to see Dr. Franco when I felt it necessary and even more impressive - I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes in their waiting room before being called back for my appointment. His entire staff is courteous & professional .... I am well satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Franco's practice.

A great doctor! He sees my entire family, love his PA too! Good staff that make me feel at ease too. He and his PA take thier time and listened to me and my issues. I would recommend Dr. Franco to anyone I know.

Dr Franco has one of the best office staff in warner robins. From check in to check out I felt like everyone cared. He listens to my every problem and I will recommend him to my friends.
