Had severe tooth pain and my dentist sent me to Advanced Endodontics. Dr Apolito was the on call dentist that day. He was extremely rude when I asked if he could not lay me completely flat, I have severe reflux. He said I will put the ---- chair wherever I want. Proceeded to do a root canal very roughly. Turns out I had a severe infection. He finished and I asked about an antibiotic. He said I could come back to get one! I cried because of the pain for over 3 days, couldn't get an appointment with any dr for 6 days. The dr I finally saw, couldn't understand why I didn't get an antibiotic and I ended up calling my Primary dr for a refill on the antibiotic since the tooth still hurting so bad . Also after the procedure I left the office with a swollen face. The next day face still swollen and jaw line black and blue! The root canal visit from ----!
