Dr. Fadi Assaf

I only saw him because he had hours on a Sunday and I had an emergency. After a couple of follow up visits, he referred me to someone else but told me to return when I needed a crown. That's where the money is. He's not thorough, was rather rough, and did work poor enough so that another dentist had to redo his botched root canal. There are much better dentists in the area. Don't waste your time and money.

Never had a better dental experience, highly recommended to all ages. Office had atmosphere of a true family and team.

Dr. Fadi did a great job on my crown. He also created a payment plan for me since I dont have insurance. Thank you Dr. Fadi, your staff is great also.

Dr Assaf only cares for the money, not the patient.

Initially, Dr. Assaf seemed very sincere about making me feel comfortable in my journey with his office (concerns, questions, process, fees, etc). After my most recent visit, things have changed, being that my almost $4,000 insurance coverage for this year has almost reached the max. While work is partially done; I was told that I could go elsewhere for a consultation after I inquired about my bill and what I am to pay out of pocket. I was shocked to hear him make that statement and I am certain that he would have never made that comment months ago when I first started this process. I realize now that when the money gets low, some aren’t as friendly and caring as they were before. If this had been said to me early on, I’m sure that I would have done my research and taken my business elsewhere. I left the office (silently) a little sad and upset. I’m not sure why Dr. Assaf would think that I would go elsewhere at this particular time when his office has been paid by my insurance… company for work that is not yet completed. Final thoughts... Treat patients with the same care and enthusiasm from the beginning till end and they will never go elsewhere. In closing, his staff is great...Very friendly.

This doctor does not show respect to his patients. I have insurance through medicaid which is probably not paying good for him, but he could have listed (no medicaid) if he does not want to deal with this little paying insurance just as most of dentists, he did x-ray to charge the insurance which he did not even look at, he did not examine my teeth to see if I have issues need to be fixed, he spent only 2 minutes to let me know that his assistant would take care of me, BTW he was not busy because when I left he was eating and joking with the receptionists, that was my second visit. The first visit I was seen by another doctor who was filling for him because he was busy at his second office locations, nobody called me to let me know that he would be unavailable, the other doctor was even worst. very bad doctor and office.

the dentist- and I use the term lightly- is very egotistical. He thinks he is God. He has no compassion for the patient. He staff are a bunch of air heads. Very dissatisfied with the work he did to my teeth. Saw a different dentist and now I have to pay out of my pocket for the work that he did not do correctly. Completely ruined my teeth with his lies and poor workmanship.

This is the best dental office I have ever been too! Everyone is polite, caring, and professional. Took away my anxiety on the first visit
