Dr. Fadi Hasan

I was referred to Dr. Hasan from my general dentist and to be honest, I don't think I have met anyone who is as passionate in his speciality as Dr. Hasan is. He explained my periodontal issues in terms that I can actually understand and made feel very comfortable in the dental chair. I didn't feel overwhelmed with the treatment as you usually feel when you leave the dentists office sometimes. I strongly recommend him if you ever have gum issues or implants, and, finally, the front desk staff couldn't be more helpful. Its just simply a great atmosphere.

I have been a patient with Dr. Hasan since he was a resident, he is an excellent periodontist and has great patience, great explanation of procedures as well as providing them. I have had a sinus lift procedure and implant placed by him and the results were perfect. I am glad that he lives closer since I used to commute from northern VA all the way to Richmond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Full disclosure, Dr. Hasan is my husband. I went to him for periodontal surgery because I am a scared whiner and I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of someone I didn't know. I had a crown on a tooth that was root canal treated that randomly decided to fall out of my mouth and my GP couldn't salvage the crown. She told me I needed to have the tooth (complete with its roots) surgically removed. I decided to go to my husband so I could complain and cry to my heart's content. However, it wasn't necessary. The surgery lasted less than 30 minutes, and I did not feel a thing. My post-op experience was also virtually painless, and had absolutely no issues. Notwithstanding my personal connection to Dr. Hasan, I would definitely recommend him if you are the type of person who is scared out of your mind of going to the dentist.

Dr Hasan treated me for gum replacement therapy and post & crowns. He is by far the best oral surgeon I have ever been to. His patience, thoroughness, chairside manner and genuine patient concern serve as model for the entire medical profession.
