Pretty bad. Drug happy, no emphasis on mental health beyond what he can prescribe. If you want to walk around dosed, he's your guy. Wouldn't even sign on FMLA with diagnosis he gave

Disingenuous and insincere. Condescending and will do the bare minimum. Poor communication with his team that seem to do most of the prescription work. He doesn’t remember much about past visits so I’m constantly starting from scratch. His ego is huge so if I have the energy to schmooze and dance for him, he’s more likely to be helpful.

Dr. Josef has been my psychiatrist for nearly a year, and is truly an excellent doctor. He takes time to listen, offers advice, and is thoughtful and understanding with his comments. I have genuinely enjoyed managing my mental health under his care— he takes time to make you feel heard and valued.

I switched insurance and I had to find a new Psychiatrist who understands Adult ADHD and Airplane Flying anxiety and I could not be happier with Dr Josef. Dr Josef is thorough, inquisitive of my health and wellbeing and has completely earned my trust that he understands my health issues and concerns. Dr Josef seems extremely knowledgeable and he has a calm demeaner when speaking and listening. Dr Josef listens to every concern and question I have and explains everything as he answers my questions. If you are looking for a great Psychiatrist, Dr Fadi Josef is who you want.

Dr. Josef takes the time to listen to me during every appointment, and always asks for my input about what works or what I think could help too. He is very caring and kind.
