The focus on weight and weight loss is outdated and the provider did not seem to entertain that they had nothing to do with my symptoms. I know my body and have been able to advocate for myself my entire life. I have always had stomach issues and have tracked different symptoms and I just needed to address this symptom in particular. Obviously not every fat person has the symptom I am having and I have been much heavier in my life without this symptom.

Liked that he talked about the details of my medication, not just the dosage. Helped discover I was taking it improperly. Also took time to address how some foods I mentioned were not good for my reflux. Finally!! I Dr who talks about nutrition and its effects instead of just medication as the only solution.
