Remarkably, I didn’t require any pain medication after being discharged just 24 hours post-surgery. Now, less than six weeks after the procedure, I’ve already lost a significant amount of weight. I’ve adopted healthier eating habits, incorporated regular walking into my routine, and even started light weightlifting.
