My initial appointment with Dr. Hussain went well. I was impressed with her professional demeanor as well as her willingness to address health issues with fresh perspective. That changed however, on my second appointment when her nurse insisted I pick two - and only two - topics of medical discussion with the doctor, who would be seeing me shortly. Dr. Hussain was noticeably hurried during that second appointment, even though I understood her time was valuable and I respected time limitations. I was put aback by this encounter and wondered if I should stay with this internist. Giving things one more try, I phoned months later for an appointment. I was caught by surprise when the receptionist insisted I give her the limited maximum of two issues I intended to address with Dr. Hussain. On narcotics for pain that compromised my ability to spontaneously articulate and unprepared to discuss the somewhat complicated, yet related medical concerns behind my need to see the doctor, I was met… with militant-like insistence that I answer with two specific concerns only. The phone encounter was rude and unprofessional- a complete 360 from my initial experience during "the honeymoon" first encounter with Dr. Hussain and her office support. Needless to say, I'm back to shopping for a doctor (and system) with reasonable time for patients without the mechanical, cold "policing" of the doctor's time.

She is the best Dr. I have ever had!! Would recommend her to EVERYONE!!

She is the best Doctor. She takes care of me and my whole family. She listens and takes the time to go over everything. I think she is amazing!

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Hussain. She has an excellent bedside manner, takes time with you, and follows up. My husband also choose Dr. Hussain after seeing a male physician for years. She is also right on with diagnosing. I would definately see Dr. Hussain if you are searching for a new doctor. You won't be disappointed in your care!
