Dr may seem brusque but was really helpful and listened to my concerns.

Didn’t bother to introduce himself. Seemed arrogant. Does not listen well. Felt rushed.

Rude and uncaring

My 84 yr old Mom had a spot on her lung..he ordered a petscan and was emphatic we call next day for results..well..his office lied saying he was coming in later..he wasnt..and they closed at noon..so this poor old woman sat in her house by the phone scared out of her mind for 12 hrs..no call..I contacted answering service and threatened..he calls at night saying he hasn't seen results..and he will" get around" to it ..avoid this trash at all costs

communicates very well, involves patient in decision making process, always explains things clear and concise.

he knows his stuff but I can't afford his attitude. He seems to think that he is in charge of my health and completely ignores the reasons I made the appointment. He recently assessed me for an upcoming surgery (that I did not request) while ignoring the purpose of my visit.

Hard to get appointment. Due to having to be referred. Staff is excellent. At first, Dr was gruff......almost rude, but i thought i was reffered to him because emergency saw something in my lungs. I had chronic cough for over 5 months. Went to E.M.T. and had severe sinus infection which took a long time to finally get over. Anyway......he saw something in my breathing test. Im scheduled for a bronchoscopy next week. Im hoping that all is okay.....there might be scarring in my trachea area??? Update. Next week.
