Dr. Faisal Alex Sayeed, MD

Runaway it's not worth your time. They treat you like you are an addict looking for your next fix. He puts pain patients on methadone which doesn't do anything for you but get you addicted. Pleaded with this doctor to change my meds for a year. He didn't like that so he ripped me off everything and that sent me to the ER. Methadone withdrawal is like heroin withdrawal. The ER doctors actually called his office. He makes you have a shot or he won't give you your meds. It's like a game to them. Runaway as fast as you can. Also if you smoke weed or use CBD he won't treat you.

I am a young girl who was hit by a drunk driver. After being told that I was faking my symptoms by other doctors at Multi-Specialty, I requested a second opinion and wanted to be referred to pain management. After two months of trying to get an appointment (I didn’t hear back from anyone-they “forgot to send” documents until I called after a month and threatened to sue), I finally saw Dr. Sayeed. Since I had been without treatment for three months now, I self medicated with CBD with low amount of THC. The muscle relaxers I was prescribed made me not able to function. But I was still in so much pain on the daily. When Sayeed saw the results from my urinalysis, he told me he wouldn’t treat me with marijuana in my system. I was just trying to help myself when no one else would. IT GETS WORSE: I had fractured my chest, ribs, and spine. So the doctor was doing a physical exam. I was laying down. He was pressing on my ribs. Without any verbal warning, he lifted my shirt up and starting… touching around my breasts. It seemed normal until I realized it wasn’t. He was watching. I kept saying that there wasn’t any pain there. I could barely speak or think. Still with his hand on my chest, he asked why I seemed like I was uncomfortable. I told him that I didn’t like people touching my chest without warning. He said he was “just doing his job.” For the rest of the appointment, I said whatever I needed to in order to get out as soon as possible. Btw he said a chiropractor and PT wouldn’t help (even though I was begging to be adjusted bc MY RIBS are out of place). My only option was to do injections at 20 years old. That is, if I could get the marijuana out of my system before then. This whole experience makes me genuinely wish sometimes that I died in that car accident. It’s an irrational and terrible thought I don’t want to have. It resulted from the experience with this doctor. Even if he was “just doing his job,” he should have better bedside manner and not traumatize young girls (or anyone for that matter). This is a sick system that only prioritizes money and status. Go to your primary care instead. Save yourself mental trauma.

Knowledgeable doctor but is also knowledgeable in finance.. Easy job for the degree... get people addicted to the drugs, create more pain, insist on more injections.. running them in and out like cattle... Caching caching!!Why not!

Dr. Sayeed is without a doubt the most compassionate physician I have ever encountered. He thoroughly understands and sympathizes with his patients and their pain level. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who feels that their pain level is not being properly managed.

This doctor's staff does not answer the phone. Took me a week to hear back from them with a simple question. He forces patients to go under anesthesia to give them shots or else he wont treat you. Stay away, I am reporting him to the medical board.

Dr. Sayeed and all of his unprofessional employees should not be in practice. I had the worst experience at his Belair office and Edgewood office.They canceled injections 3 times I needed to get from a car accident. I went to his office for the intial consult and then when I return a month later he is more focused on pain pills then patient care. It is a Pill Mill at this facility. I then told the front desk and his Wife I will not return he then took me in his office alone and was screaming, cussing and telling me what I am going to do with MY BODY! I asked for my records by going there and his front desk employee said I better walk away before I punch this B*tch in her face. Again I’m the patient and this is how I was treated. I also asked for a discharge letter and the office staff hands me a defamation of character letter to my Employer. Mind you all of this is documented since this is a lawsuit already. They also refused to send my documents to my primary doctor and to physical… therapy and talk down to all of the ladies at the Multi Specialty. I have never been to pain management and I will never go back again especially to a Practice that doesn’t strive to make the patients have the best customer service. I’m in the healthcare field and the Practice I work for strives for the best customer service and that every patient leaves happy. Not this practice they all are miserable that work for them because they deal with drug addicts daily and the one patient that doesn’t want that they treat the worst. I guess because I’m third party patient I’m not as important if I’m only willing to do injections he isn’t making enough money off of use if he can’t push Drugs one me. Their is a OPOIAD EPIDEMIC and because my personal and religious belief I chose not to take them. Please don’t let yourself or any family member go there. You will be talked down to and mistreated terribly.

It baffles me how people have yet to figure out that he makes $$BANK$$ off of addicts. (and his injections) He gives out the injections and narcotic scripts like candy because he's cashing out. Its honestly sad how many people go into that office just looking for drugs and walking out with them. Also, he does urinalysis on every single one of his patients (which btw is now referred to as "liquid gold") BECAUSE he cashing out for the urinalysis. Pain management clinics are a joke. Theres people who go in who have never been on pain meds in their life and become addicts after becoming a patient at this office. Honestly, it needs to be shut down. What these pain management docs are doing is absolutely terrible and sickening. One day the DEA will hopefully catch on and do something about it. ITS TERRIBLE.

Dr. Sayeed provides exceptional customer service! His professionalism made me feel comfortable as a new patient. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and ability to develop a treatment plan that works. I recommend Dr. Faisal Sayeed without hesitation.

Best doctor I've ever had the pleasure to see. He sincerely cares about his patients. Always courteous and kind. You know after your visit that your in good hands.

Great doctor would not go to anyone else
