Dr. Faith Adonis Andrews, MD

Dr Andrews has great bedside manners, but the wait time in her office is too long. If you make an appointment here, let that be the only thing you have to do that day because you will not have time to do anything else. The front desk puts you on hold and never comes back to the phone. If the front desk doesn't run correct, it will eventually make her practice run incorrect as well.

Spend a lot of time with her patients. The wait time is worth the experience.

Calling into this office is terrible. The phone system is set up so that you cannot leave a message unless it is for the on-call physician. I want to make or cancel an appointment, but I have to catch someone answering the phone, otherwise I have to call back, even if it's during their office hours. I finally got someone around 4:45pm and was on hold for 15 minutes. Then the person hung up. When I called right back, the voicemail announcement said that I had to call back during business hours. Is there no way to set up the phone system so that you can leave a message and have someone call you back? This is ridiculous!

This office has gotten Ridiculous. The wait time is ridiculous. You can not get anyone on the phone to help you. They will bill you 25.oo dollars for a missed appointment but don not remind you that you have an appt. Theirs always new medical assistant in the back ,so turn over rate is HIGH!!! The NP act's like she's afraid. My CPE was with theNP WAS HORRIBLE. My mammogram is inconclusive and they don't care. Soon as all this is done myself and my husband will take our United Health Care somewhere else. Sorry Dr. Andrews I love you BUT YOUR STAFF.

Phenomenal experience

I have been going there for years and the wait has got worse I would not recommend to anyoneanyone with a job or is very sick. The wait time is truly ridiculous. Very disappointed will find another doctor immediately!!!

I loved going to Doctor Andrews prior to my insurance changing to Kaiser, then my employment change back to Blue Cross, although I was disappointed about that I automatically thought of Dr. Andrews. I went back her to make an appointment after sitting awhile her staff stared down a male patient that they so disrespected in my presence along with her physician assistance gazing on, I was appalled. When they finally got to me they made a comment about Dr. Andrews that sent me walking straight out the door. , in referring a patient prior to me to her physician assistant, the receptionist commented that she know that Dr. Andrew talk too much but the physician assistant is not like that...really! I hope Dr. Andrews reads this!

Dr. Faith Andrews is a good Dr. I was particularly pleased with the fact that she listened to my experience, acknowledged what I wanted to do for my own health, and gave me additional information to use---not drugs. It's great to know that there are still REAL Doctors who know the intrinsic health of the body and will assist a person who wants to utilize that. I was not pleased with the wait time in a room that felt like a storage room, in a paper gown, freezing my butt off. And I would have liked to have my own medical information such as my blood work regarding my cholesterol, for my records. But I was not allowed to have that.

Dr. Andrews is a GREAT doctor. She has a girlfriend relationship with her patients. However the wait time is very annoying. Expect at least an hour wait. I only go a few times a year and I love her as a doctor so I put up with the wait time. It would be nice if she improved on waiting.

My main concern with Dr. Andrews is the wait time. I have been a patient over 5 years and the wait time has gotten worse of the years. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes each visit. It appears she schedules at least 5 patients for every time slot. I have also seen a decline in the level of care. I have prescribed several expensive medications that I did not need. I do not feel that she is a through as she once was and she appears rushed when she comes in to see you because of the number of patients she has scheduled. I believe that her office is more concerned with making money than ensuring the patients are seen in a timely matter and properly diagnosed. This is unfortunate because I believe that she has the ability to be a great doctor. The office seems like a free clinic.
