Dr Limar-Troutman is the Doc I have been searching for. It has taken me over five years to find a Dr that listens and hears me...That is willing to partner with me regarding my healthcare. I had Drs like this in Minnesota. Here in Texas, I have struggled with finding a PCP. So much so, that I gave up looking and neglected my health. Dr Limar-Troutman listened, acknowledged, and understood that I know my body and how to manage some things best like regarding my antidepressant medication. That alone won me over. She Is professional and has a great bedside manner. I now understand why her schedule is so booked up.

I will always refer Dr. Lamar to anyone I know. I trust her with my life and health and that is a big deal for me. I value her opinion on my health and I will not find another Dr. Like her. Trust is a huge thing for me and I only trust Dr. Lamar with my health.
