Dr. Falguni Nilesh Mehta, MD

Although it takes a while to get in and get an appointment I have found that that is a common issue lately. I like the staff and am not over joyed to have to wait in waiting room that isn't again completely unusual as since Covid I have noticed that is pretty typical.Dr. Mehta is pleasant and kind and through. She listened to me and recommended things she would like me tested for do to my age. Also her staff is very good at follow up and if you have questions Sarah is so helpful when you leave a message for her. I like them and am quite satisfied.

The two at the front desk are very RUDE in a nice nasty way. Just know that it should be addressed. Everytime I call the phone rings forever until the answering machine comes on, I called to make an appointment one day and I told them what it was for and the receptionist informed me that "I just want to let you know that we don't give out drugs here" I told her that I did not like what you said you are basically calling me a drug seeker" I am really upset with this office and staff and will be looking for another Physician

I called on a Monday to get a prescription called in for a yeast infection after taking an antibiotic. I did not receive a call back until Friday!! I explained I no longer needed it, but she insisted on calling it in. When I went in to pick up another medication, I explained that I didn't want that one, and they had another one filled that wasn't supposed to have any refills on it. They also said there was only a 30 day supply on my thyroid medication, which I had told them I wanted a 90 day supply on my thyroid medications. I also told the MA that I wanted all my medications to be sent through the mail, which she said she would take care of all of my instructions. The pharmacist said that office is terrible about responding to their automatic email system about medication refills. They ALWAYS have to call both Dr Mehtas. I am switching providers today. This is not a team that I care to trust with my medical care.

This Dr is very unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. She didn't even address the issues I went in for. Horrible bedside manner. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I was very disappointed in her. The first time I went she was super nice. Then after that she was very distant, but caring at all.. I had a lot of scary issues going on and she basically told me to suck it up! Finding a new doctor!

Third time not receiving call back after leaving messages for care. Unpersonal, no real connection or feeling of care

I have been going to Dr.Falguni for over 3 yrs now. I have been to several doctors with my so many of my problems. I had such a pleasant experience with her. She was so polite and nice with me. Now, I recommend every one to her. I am very active church and have several of my friends who also are very happy with her.

I would never go back to her, she's appears timid and nice but she was very uninterested and unprofessional with me. I've been getting PAP exams for 15 years and I've never felt a doctor literally shove an instrument into someone's vaginal area and tell them to relax and do it again but push further into my vaginal area. I wasn't rude to her, I wasn't disrespectful. She just flat out treated me like trash and I'm not sure why. I was so upset and mad I couldn't talk to her after the examinations. She literally held the door open while I lay naked on the examination table to call her assisting nurse in. After she walked out behind her assisting nurse and ask if I had questions once she opened the door up. I didn't respond because I was so upset. I don't understand why she was so rude and unprofessional but I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. This was after having a miscarriage that she was so rough. I was originally supposed to see her husband but somehow I got her. I've never… experience anything like this in my life
