Dr. Farah-Olga Laaly Hekmat, MD

Dr. Hekmat takes great care of all my kids. Her bedside manners are second to none. She is very knowledgeable and caring. We could not thank her enough.

Zero Stars!! This entire office is rude and extremely unprofessional! The receptionist failed to greet me and just stared as if she had never seen a black person before. I arrived on time and watched for an hour and a half while other patients were taken in. Every worker in there treated me the same way including the actual doctor who spoke to me in a harsh condescending tone the entire time. I ended up refusing her services after about 15 minutes of being belittled.

Dr Hekmat has been my Pediatrician since my child was born. She is an amazing Dr. She cares about her patients. Follows up when my child is sick and calls promptly even on a weekend if I call with questions. Her staff are well trained and friendly. My child has never been afraid to go even when she needs a shot! Dr. Hekmat is also one of the best diagnosticians I have ever come across.

made an appointment 2 weeks after call time.Confirmed with the office that our insurance was accepted. Got to the office and was ignored and there was no sign in sheet. When given the insurance card suddenly they did not accept our insurance so i called anthem and they called the medical group they do accept the medical group we were not updated in their system so i was told I had to call back in 24hrs to make a new appt. Meanwhile we did not see the dr. I had to pay alot of money for parking miss work miss kids school for nothing what was the point of even making an appointment- if from the beginning these people would have said we will not accept would have saved me alot- then i could have gone to a decent medical office

she was aweful, uncaring, rude, unprofessional, snide. Will never go back.
