I had a appointment at 10:30 we got there at 10:20. My son has glaucoma so I came to this office as it was closer to my home. I get there and we finally get into a room after 25 minutes of waiting. The nurse ask me question have my son read the letters and so forth. She is done so now we wait another 15-20 for dr.farah she finally comes in and repeat what was done and have him read the letters again. She puts drops in his eyes to numb them then swabs his eye. After playing around with the machine she sprays the dilation stuff in his eyes well she sprayed way more in his right eye. So now he is complaining. I attempted to tell her he is hard to dilate and it won’t work. She tells us she will be back in 15 minutes......30....45 minutes go bye and she still hasn’t come back. Now I have been to the doctor before for my eyes and I know when you get dilated you become sensitive to light..well she was shining a bright light in his eyes. He is obviously in pain and can’t take the light. She… says”how does he see!!!!” He clearly can’t see well. Duh I said he has glaucoma. Mine you he is 10. She had no clue what to do. Then after she clearly had no clue she went on to do things a pediatrician would be doing. Looking at his ears, his height, tells me he has Marfan syndrome because he is tall and skinny. Now I have been taking my child to the pediatrician since he was born and nothing of that sort has been brought up to me. We was in this office for 3 hours!!! Will not return
