I can’t say enough good things about this Dr and her staff! Never have trouble making an appointment and never wait more than a couple minutes in office . Dr Farrah is beyond professional and gentle and her staff (Milad and the other girls) are always helpful and kind!

This office is very unprofessional and the staff there is just rude. They don’t know how to communicate nicely with their patients. I have been a patient there for a few years now and until this day I don’t know why I still go back. I have finally decided to leave and find a new dermatologist. All Dr.Farah ever recommends is accutane even thought I don’t have acne it’s just scars. And she herself told me accutane will not make scars go away which makes so sense. I think it’s just for the money. However I will not take accutane because the side effects it has and the damage it could cause.

Wait forever to get into your appointment. Waited an hour for my appointment. Staff is just plain rude. Will try to leech all your money

Very disrespectful doctor and terrible management. The least wait time is 45 minutes after your appointment, last time I went I stayed from 9:30-11:30 am for the doctor to come and see me for less than one minute to refer me to a specialist!!!! It was so frustrating!!!! Most important thing about doctor's appointment is to respect their patients, patients has schedules, life, and families! even when I asked to get the first appointment in the day to avoid delays I had to wait for TWO FULL HOURS! I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone ! Anood

I got new insurance so I called and they reassured they accept it. I booked my appt for the next day and they made me wait 1 hour while they checked to see that my insurance is valid and then told me that they DON’T accept my insurance and I would have to pay $100 to be seen. RIDICULOUS. Also the wait is always way too long, probably from over booking just to make more money and not actually caring about the patient.

The office had 3 patients scheduled at the same time and were already behind schedule. They sent people in random order and effectively saw patients 2 hours after the sign-in/ appointment time. After the long wait the doctor rushed through the appointment in less than 4 min with no nursing staff. This practice needs to be audited.

did wait for over an hour to be seen by the doctor. but once i got into the room i was very pleased. dr malick took her times to listen to everything i that i was concerned about. and took her time to look over every thing. dr. malick's medical assistant was a very nice young lady and even though she looked very busy made sure to smile and welcome everyone that walked in after me. i will be recommending her to everyone.

Worst service we waited over an hour and they did not care or say anything ...

The doctor was very professional and knowledgable. I was very happy with the care I received.
