I wish I could give negative rating. I made an appointment based on my family doctor’s recommendation to see what they can do with dark spots. I was told that they offer free initial consultation and I confirmed twice with them when I made the appointment. During the 15 min consultation, I also confirmed with the doctor that there will not be any out of pocket expense. Then I got a bill for $510 and insurance won’t cover it. I disputed that, emailed the doctor, finally talked to her nurse. Her nurse basically said there is no free consultation, that they usually would bill insurance and it would be covered. For people without insurance, they charge $125. She asked if I would like to pay the $125 instead. I didn’t take that offer because the practice seems suspicious to me and I would like to get management to review it. Two months later, I got an adjusted charge of $344, which is not covered by my insurance either. I called several times could not get someone to discuss the matter. It… is the most terrible experience I ever had with any doctor.

Dr. K. goes beyond the presenting complaint of a mole, or whatever, and looks at the patient as a person, functioning in its entirety, not just as a condition. She takes time to do a full assessment and then quickly and efficiently treats any problems.
